Headline seem odd to you? Then you probably are not aware of the butt sniffer that was caught and released in Glendale/Burbank.

Here is a little quick background

Recently there was a tic tic video make from someone who captured a man sniffing a women’s butt at a Barnes and noble in Burbank. That man is 37 year old Calese Carron Crowde, who has history of predatory sex acts and other crimes. One day after he walked out of jail free after pleading no contest to peeping and prowling charges for staring into a home with children inside he was arrested again in Glendale.

What happen with the latest arrest?

He was sentenced to 60 days in jail, given multiple no-contact orders and instructed to enter a rehab program for sex criminals. However, free from custody a few days later and was back out on the streets smelling the roses.

He was suppose to have registered as a sex offender from his previous crimes but has yet to do so. How is that even possible? This man has been arrested 43 times since 2005 in LA County alone.

Why was he released

Thanks to LA county district attorney and California. The state’s controversial law Proposition 47, co-written by LA County District Attorney George Gascon has reduced the amount of inmates in custody and lowered the penalties for some crimes, including reducing many nonviolent felonies to misdemeanors. Also there is the no cash bail policy which I don’t even want to get into in this article, but feel free to do your research on both Gascon and the other various California laws and propositions that have brought us here to this point.

As a local of LA County and specifically a Burbank resident, this is horrible and a shame to California and all of LA county. We basically have to wait for this guy commit a much harsher crime before he is put away. What in the actual F*** is going on?
